DIMMs on a processor memory board must be installed in pairs and in bank order
Up to 64GB of PC2100 DDR SDRAM with Advanced ECC, running at 266MHz, 48GB of PC2700 running at 333MHz or 32GB of PC3200 running at 400MHz. All DIMMs on a processor memory board must be of the same size(512MB, 1GB, or 2GB)
Each processor memory board can have different amounts of memory, ex. Processor memory board 2=(4)1GB, Processor memory board 1=(2) 512MB, Processor memory board 4 = no memory.
PC2700 memory support requires -002 processor board
333MHz memory performance requires no more than 6 PC2700 DIMMs per processor; any more will result in the memory slowing down to 266MHz
NOTE: PC2700 only supported on 2.4GHz and faster single core models and all dual core models. Also PC3200 only supported on 2.6GHz single core models and dual core models.
The C8347, C8348 and C8349 are single modules and must be purchased as pairs.
